Apartment Community

Membership is open to apartment communities throughout CCAA territory.

Annual Membership Dues Formula

  • $150 Flat fee
  • $2.60 per unit fee
  • $25 Voluntary advance the industry contribution  

Example: 100 units x $2.60 = $260 + $150 Flat Rate + $25 Advance the Industry Contribution = $435

Management companies interested in joining CCAA membership must join through one or more of its managed apartment communities within the association's territory.

Supplier Partner

Membership is open to companies who provide products to and/or services for the apartment industry in CCAA territory.

Suppliers and professional service firms may join CCAA membership for a flat rate of $350.*

*There is an additional $25 voluntary contribution attached to all CCAA membership dues invoices that support local and state advocacy efforts.
