Apartment Community

Membership is open to apartment communities throughout CCAA territory.

Annual Membership Dues Formula

  • $125 Flat fee
  • $2.60 per unit fee
  • $25 Voluntary advance the industry contribution  

Example: 100 units x $2.60 = $260 + $125 Flat Rate + $25 Advance the Industry Contribution = $410

Management companies interested in joining CCAA membership must join through one or more of its managed apartment communities within the association's territory.

Supplier Partner

Membership is open to companies who provide products to and/or services for the apartment industry in CCAA territory.

Suppliers and professional service firms may join CCAA membership for a flat rate of $325.
