Apartment Community

Membership is open to apartment communities within CCAA territory.

Annual Membership Dues: 

  • $100 flat rate
  • $2.60 per unit fee
  • $25 APAC Donation

Example: 100 units x $2.60 = $260 + $100 Flat Rate + $25 APAC* = $385.00

Management companies interested in joining CCAA membership must join through one or more of its managed apartment communities within the association's territory.

Supplier Partner

Membership is open to companies who provide products to and/or services for the apartment industry in CCAA territory.

Suppliers and professional service firms may join CCAA membership for a flat rate of $325.
